When Michelle, founder of Mirth & Joy, and I began working together, she already had a strong creative voice and a clear mission: help small towns and community organizations show up online with confidence and care.

My role was to support that vision by bringing clarity and structure behind the scenes. I helped refresh and maintain her Squarespace website, streamline tech automations using ManyChat and MailerLite, and support content creation across social, blog, and Pinterest — all with an eye toward long-term sustainability.

We worked closely to ensure ideas flowed smoothly from planning to publishing, with systems that supported both creativity and consistency. Alongside implementation, I provided strategic guidance to help Michelle prioritize what mattered most as her projects and client work evolved.
