website rebrand

The result is a website that feels calm, intentional, and functional — one that supports Kayla’s work as a teacher and educator without adding unnecessary complexity behind the scenes.

This project reflects my approach to web and tech work: thoughtful design, simplified systems, and long-term sustainability, not just a visual refresh.

When Kayla was ready to refresh her online presence, the goal was clear: create a website that felt aligned with her teaching philosophy, was easier to manage long-term, and supported her growing ecosystem of courses, retreats, and resources.

We transitioned her website from WordPress to Squarespace with a focus on clarity, ease of use, and intentional design. Rather than simply recreating the old site, we took the opportunity to streamline the structure, refine messaging, and elevate the overall user experience for both students and prospective teachers.

The rebrand included:

  • A full website refresh on Squarespace with a clean, grounded aesthetic that reflects Kayla’s voice and values

  • Clear page hierarchy and navigation to support multiple offers, trainings, and educational resources

  • Updated copy flow and calls to action that guide visitors without feeling sales-heavy

  • Backend simplification so the site is easier for Kayla to maintain and update independently

Beyond the website itself, I supported Kayla with tech integrations and ongoing digital strategy, including:

  • Course and offer alignment between Squarespace and Thinkific

  • Email marketing support through MailerLite

  • ManyChat automation to support inquiries, opt-ins, and launches

  • Content support across blogs, landing pages, and evergreen resources

  • Strategic guidance to ensure each piece of tech worked together seamlessly
